Netbuilt seeks out residential property development opportunities for small groups of private investors which also includes related entities owned by Netbuilt.
Each small group forms a syndicate for the purpose of undertaking a residential development project. Netbuilt manages all aspects of the passive investment from formation of the syndicated company to site acquisition, construction and final sale of the development.
To meet the projected development costs and more specifically construction costs, Netbuilt undertakes the construction of the residential development. The unique “in-house” approach controls costs, removes associated risks of contracting to a third party and ultimately delivers a wholesale cost investment whilst maximising returns to investors.
Construction
Netbuilt is a residential builder which undertakes construction work for multi-dwelling residential developments.
Building work supervisor Ashley Norton utilises over 35 years of building industry experience to ensure the contemporary designs are met with attention to detail finishes. Prior to the construction stage a design brief is prepared and provided to our trusted external architects.
The time spent drafting, amending and re-drafting is crucial to meeting the desired look and amenity of the development. Use of space and geographic features are important factors built into the overall design of the project. The construction of each project is uniquely in-sync with the design as Netbuilt manages both stages from start to finish.
Ashley Norton has significant input during the design phase which ensures a precision finish to each dwelling.
